Monitoring, Evaluation, Adaptation, and Learning (MEAL)

Our MEAL experts (McMillan, Ouedraogo, and Willard) support donors and investors in generating credible evidence, meeting reporting requirements, and translating data into actionable learning.

Since 2004, Amadou Ba has strengthened the capacity of local NGOs and governments in the Sahel to address some of the most pressing social inclusion and equity issues in their countries.
